We visited Lisbon in February for a city break and booked in Fontana
Park Hotel for 4 nights. The hotel reception and lobby are design but
feel warm and welcoming. We were staying on the 7th floor. On arrival
the corridors are surprisingly dark, drop floor, walls, room doors to
selling. There is only one green line running down on the floor. It
feels a little scary the very first time!
The room had a good
space, with a comfy bed and lovely pillows. There was a bawl of fruit,
some water waiting for us, which was great as we did an early trip and
have not had proper food yet. The bathroom remains in the dark theme,
although there are some white touches.
The breakfast was divine,
the choice was great and varied every morning so it is a real good
point! The breakfast room is very light and airy, so contrasts very much
with the rest.
The staff was nice and helpful and did help out on our queries regarding city visits or restaurants.
Recommended for a city break.
